4 Week Beginner Ukulele Workshop

Fun, friendly and professional ukulele course for beginners

This course is for people who know the basics but need help working out how to play new songs. Best suited for people who have been playing for less than 1 year.

Each week the class works on a new song with the aid to learn new strumming patterns, chord progressions, chords and techniques such as picking, riffs, chucks etc.

Classes are conducted in a relaxed, casual, fun and supportive environment by Alison Glew, Founder of Alison Glew Guitar School so no need to be nervous!

Limit of 8 participants per course.

NOTE: If you are not a complete beginner then our Continuing Classes for Beginners will be a better fit. Here you’ll learn to play more complicated songs and rhythm patterns, riffs etc. Perfect if you know the basics but want to expand on your skills and repertoire.

UKULELE GROUPS T&C’s
If you can not make one of the 4 lessons you’re welcome to catch up the lesson in another group (of similar level) if there is space available. This cannot be guaranteed. Catch up lessons must be taken within the current school term. Missed lessons are not carried forward into other classes or private lessons, credited or refunded. 24 hour notice must be given to generate a make-up credit so that the spot can be offered to other students.
