Advanced Ukulele Workshop For Adults

5 WEEK ADVANCED UKULELE WORKSHOP- FOR ADULTS

These workshops are designed to be challenging! You’ll develop skills and techniques that make your playing more interesting and sophisticated. Plus you’ll have fun and meet new friends!

You’ll learn:
Finger picking Techniques and Patterns
How to “Chuck”
Finger/Thumb Strum
Strumming Patterns
Useful Scale Patterns for Riffs and Improvisation
How To Easily Hold Barre Chords
How To Play Chords With Different Voicings up the neck
Techniques such as slides, hammer-ons, pull-offs, vibrato, bends.

Skills Required:
You’ll need to be confident changing between basic chords on time and know a few simple strumming patterns. Usually people in this workshop have been playing for a few years.

If you have no prior experience the “Beginner Ukulele Workshop” will be more suitable. If you know the basics and just want to expand your skills try the “Intermediate Workshop”.

WORKSHOP DATES AND TIMES
5 x 1-hour lessons are conducted on Saturday between 9:45 am - 10:45 am on the following dates:
